Dan Vong

Founder | Principal Consultant

With over 15 years of experience in corporate finance and a decade in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), Dan has helped small businesses secure millions in funding, improve cash flow, and make smarter, faster financial decisions.

He holds an MBA in Finance and a Master of Science in Information Technology & Management—blending strategic insight with tech-forward thinking.

Dan leads every client engagement personally and works with a network of vetted professionals in accounting, tax, and law—contracted on an as-needed basis to meet client goals.

How DXS Consulting Got Started

While still working his day job, Dan started helping friends and family with their businesses—cleaning up messy books, building forecasts, and making sense of numbers that had been overlooked for too long.


What started as a favor quickly turned into something more. He saw that most small business owners were on their own when it came to cash flow, pricing, and taxes—even if they had a bookkeeper or accountant. No one was helping them see the full picture or plan what to do next.
